INTRODUCTION
PROSMIER CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD was incorporated in Malaysia on 11th November 2002 as a private limited company. The Company's paid-up capital of RM1,000,000.00 is contributed by three shareholders. Currently, the company's authorised capital has increased to RM5,000,000.00.
To date, Prosmier Construction Sdn Bhd has completed a wide range of projects ranging from earthwork, general infrastructure works to steel structural building works.
Prosmier Construction Sdn Bhd has recently being selected by Zamil Steel Buildings-Vietnam Co. Ltd as its certified builder for its cutting-edge system known as Pre-engineered Steel Building System (PEB) in Southern Region Malaysia. This nomination has directly strengthened the company's competitiveness in its steel structural building works venture.
Zamil Steel is a well known Premier Steel Building Construction company from the S.A.E and has strong global presence in the international steel industry. As a market leader, Zamil Steel adheres to stringent quality-control practices, with ISO 9001:2000 certification as one of key quality control system. Zamil Steel also employs the latest technology from America for its products.
In view of the track record of the past projects that has been successfully delivered to its client and the increasing number of experienced technical personnel in the group, the directors believe that the group is uniquely positioned to derive significant grow in the short to medium term.
KEY PERSONNEL & POSITION
Prosmier Construction has a very experienced management team and qualified personnel. Below is a brief introductory profile of the key personnel in the company:
( A ) Project Director - Mr. Toh Choon Huat
Mr. Toh Chun Huat is a Malaysian citizen from Tampoi, Johor Bahru. He is currently one of the shareholders of Prosmier Construction, and also the General Manager of the company. Mr. Toh holds a Diploma in Architecture & Building from the Institute of Teknologi Jaya, Kuala Lumpur. Prior to his appointment as Director of Prosmier Construction, he has been with a few companies in which he accumulated 32 years of experience in related field. He was the Contract Manager at Kumpulan Jayaputera Sdn Bhd for three years, a Contract Executive with Dubon Berhad, Johor Bahru for almost 10 years and Quantity Surveyor with Pembinaan Guan Hup Sdn Bhd for 5 years. During which he was involved in various housing estate developments, industrial sites construction and government projects.
( B ) Project Director - Mr. Lam Kok Beng
Mr. Lam is a Malaysian citizen from Pontian, Johor.He Is One of the directors of Prosmier Construction Sdn Bhd.as the company shareholders. Mr Lam has over 35 years extensive knowledge and experiences in the earthworks, road works, building works and construction industry.
